Practice Group

Dr. Marie Sophie Reitinger works as attorney-at-law (“ständige Substitutin”) at E+H. In her regulatory and administrative practice, she handles matters concerning construction, regional planning, energy, waste management, and the remediation of contaminated sites. She advises and represents project applicants and municipalities in public law proceedings, especially concerning permits.

Marie Sophie Reitinger completed her diploma and doctoral studies in law at the University of Graz and received several merit scholarships for her academic achievements. She completed her doctoral studies with distinction. Her dissertation was awarded the Josef Krainer Grant and the Dr. Maria Schaumayer Foundation Prize.

Before joining E+H, Marie Sophie Reitinger was a university assistant at the University of Graz and a research assistant for the Austrian Supreme Court. She regularly publishes in legal journals and gives lectures.
