Practice Group

Dr. Marie Sophie Reitinger works as attorney-at-law (“ständige Substitutin”) at E+H. Her regulatory and administrative practice is focused on waste management, remediation, customs, chemicals, energy, and telecommunications. She also has extensive knowledge and experience in construction and regional planning law.

Sophie Reitinger completed her diploma and doctoral studies in law at the University of Graz, and she received several merit scholarships for her academic achievements. She completed her doctoral studies with distinction. Her dissertation was awarded the Josef Krainer Grant and the Dr. Maria Schaumayer Foundation Prize.

Before joining E+H, Sophie Reitinger was a university assistant at the University of Graz for four years. During this time, she also worked as a research assistant for the Austrian Supreme Court. She regularly publishes in legal journals and is a lecturer at the Campus 02 University of Applied Sciences.
