E+H expands partnership with two new partners from its own ranks

E+H continues to grow and expands its partner roster with another two partners from its own ranks:

Mr. Christoph Lejsek, BSc (WU), and Mr. Florian Sagmeister both started their careers as associates at E+H and most recently worked as substitutes in the Vienna office.

Christoph Lejsek, BSc (WU) (33), was appointed partner as of 01 July 2022. As a member of the practice groups Corporate + M&A and Real Estate, he focuses on energy, infrastructure, and private equity transactions. Especially in the promising field of renewable energies, he contributes his expertise in advising large energy utilities and in international transactions. Christoph Lejsek studied law at the University of Vienna, and business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration.

Florian Sagmeister (32) was also appointed partner as of 01 July 2022. Since joining E+H in 2014, he has strengthened the practice groups IP/IT + Competition Law and Antitrust Law. He focuses on unfair competition (UWG), distribution systems, state aid law, IP law (trademark law and protection of personality), and contract drafting. Florian Sagmeister studied law at the University of Vienna.
