Dr. Clemens Lanschützer advises on general corporate and real estate law, domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and large-volume real estate transactions (mainly portfolio transactions). In the real estate sector, he focuses on hotels, retail properties, and office buildings. Clemens Lanschützer is an active member of the Legal Tech Hub Europe.

Before joining E+H, Clemens Lanschützer worked for another international law firm in Vienna for several years.

Clemens Lanschützer studied law at the University of Vienna, and business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and Mays Business School, Texas A&M University. He also completed his postgraduate studies (LL.M. in International Financial Law) at King’s College London with distinction.
