Thomas Krach is an associate in our Vienna office. He is a member of our dispute resolution & litigation practice group, as well as our competition law practice group.
Thomas practices in matters of corporate law, litigation, civil procedure, arbitration, insolvency, and distribution rights. He works on cases with intersecting antitrust and litigation issues, and has focused in recent years in the area of private enforcement.
Thomas holds a law degree (Mag iur) from the University of Vienna, where he also worked as a research assistant in the Department of Civil Law. He was accepted to the High Potential Program of the University of Vienna for his exceptional academic performance.
He gives lectures on leasing contract law and regularly coaches student teams for moot courts.
Thomas speaks German and English.
