Dr. Clemens Lanschützer is a partner, head of the Real Estate Practice Group, and a member of the Corporate + M&A Practice Group. He advises on private equity and mid- and large-cap M&A transactions, joint ventures, restructurings, high-volume real estate transactions, as well as infrastructure and development projects. In the real estate sector, he focuses on hotels, retail properties, and office buildings.
In 2024 and 2025, Clemens was named one of the top 10 lawyers in Austria for the CEE region by Austria’s renowned business magazine, Trend, and has been repeatedly recognized by Best Lawyers and Handelsblatt as one of Austria’s leading lawyers in corporate and real estate law.
Clemens Lanschützer studied law at the University of Vienna and business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Mays Business School, Texas A&M University. He also completed a postgraduate degree (LL.M. in International Financial Law) with distinction at King’s College London.
