E+H advises ZETA on establishing a joint venture with Bühler

09.08.2022

E+H advised ZETA Holding GmbH, Austrian specialist for process engineering in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sector, on establishing the joint venture ERIDIA GmbH. The joint venture partner is the international Swiss technology group Bühler AG, which was advised by bkp Attorneys-at-law.

ERIDIA develops biotechnological facilities for the food and feed industry, with a particular focus on precision fermentation and cellular agriculture. These plants use microorganisms and cell cultures to produce food and feed products such as high-quality proteins, omega-3 oils, or animal cells, which can subsequently replace meat or fish products. ERIDIA’s mission is to make an important contribution to the future, global supply of food and feed through innovative technical solutions, while at the same time reducing the impact on the environment, such as land and water consumption and CO2 emissions.
