Daniela Birnbauer is an associate in the IP/IT Law practice group. She works primarily on matters concerning data protection, intellectual property, unfair competition, and distribution.

Daniela Birnbauer holds a law degree from the Vienna University of Economics and Business, and graduated at the top of her class. She also studied Japanese Studies at the University of Vienna. During her studies, Daniela worked as a Teaching and Research Assistant at the Institute for Information Law and Intellectual Property Law and did legal internships in Tokyo. She then worked as an associate for another international law.
