E+H provided legal advice to founder and managing director Andreas Bezuh on the partial sale of ecomDATA GmbH, an Austrian managed hosting provider, to the internationally operating Your.Online Group.
ecomDATA, based in Oberwart, was founded in 2010 and has established itself as a provider of powerful, scalable hosting solutions for e-commerce companies in the DACH region. A particular focus is on hosting environments for JTL-Software ERP and other ERP and shop systems. As part of the transaction, ecomDATA will join Your.Online’s Performance segment and continue operating independently under its founder and (indirect) shareholder, Andreas Bezuh.
Your.Online is a digital services group backed by Strikwerda that focuses on hosting, domain, security, and trust solutions. It pursues a decentralized investment model for the sustainable development of its portfolio companies. With the acquisition of ecomDATA, Your.Online is strengthening its performance segment and simultaneously entering the Austrian market.
