Dr. Reinhard Jantscher is an attorney-at-law (“ständiger Substitut”) at E+H. He practices constitutional law and administrative law (especially environmental law, agricultural law, and the law governing public corporations), and appears in complex cases before the courts of public law.
Reinhard Jantscher completed his law degree and studied accounting for lawyers at the University of Graz as best of his class. Subsequently, he worked for four years as a university assistant at the Institute for Public Law and Political Science at the University of Graz.
Most recently, he completed postgraduate studies at Oxford University (Merton College) with a focus on financial market law, legal theory, and European law.
