Gabriel Straßer is an associate in the Corporate + M&A and Real Estate practice groups, focusing on energy and infrastructure projects.
His expertise includes complex transactions in the field of digital infrastructure, such as the development, acquisition, and leasing of data centers. He also advises both domestic and international clients on all aspects of corporate law, in particular on the structuring and implementation of joint ventures for strategic investors and private equity funds, as well as on the implementation of cash pooling systems.
Gabriel completed his law degree at the University of Vienna in just three years, faster than the standard duration of study, and received four scholarships for outstanding academic achievement. He graduated among the top 3 % of his class.
He gained valuable practical experience as a research assistant at the Institute for Constitutional and Administrative Law at the University of Vienna. In addition, he is active as an author and speaker on corporate law and digital infrastructure topics.
