Adrian Walser is an attorney-at-law (“ständiger Substitut”) in the Employment Law and Dispute Resolution practice groups. He applies his extensive knowledge of employment law and civil litigation, especially as they bear on international transactions or generally intersect with corporate law, to comprehensively advise clients. In practice, he is involved in drafting executive board and managing director contracts, the appointment and dismissal of executives, and (virtual or real) equity participation models. In addition, he regularly advises on data protection and AI law.
He studied law and economics at the University of Innsbruck. During his studies, he gained practical experience through internships at the Federal Foreign Office in Berlin and at a law firm in Innsbruck. Before joining E+H, he worked as an associate at another distinguished Vienna-based corporate law firm.
