Information on current EU sanctions against Russia’s military aggression

The EU has taken measures to respond to Russia’s military aggression against Ukraine. These measures are continuously adapted to the situation in Ukraine through new legal acts. In this context, the regulations already in place since the annexation of Crimea in 2014 are constantly being supplemented. In addition to sanctions for Russia, sanctions against Belarus have now also been adopted.
