Daniel Lutzky is an associate in the Corporate + M&A, Banking + Finance, and Capital Markets practice groups.
Daniel Lutzky studied law at the University of Vienna and graduated among the top ten students of his year, for which he was awarded the Heinrich-Klang-Prize. He also received several merit-based scholarships.
During his studies, he completed internships at leading commercial law firms including E+H. In addition, he worked as a research assistant at the Department of Commercial and Business Law at the University of Vienna.
He gained international experience during an exchange semester at the UCLA School of Law in Los Angeles. He also completed an internship in the IP department of a global industrial group, with placements in Ludwigsburg and Singapore.
