Practice Group

Amina Kovacevic is an Associate in the IT/IP Practice Group with a focus on data, digital and technology law as well as advising on technology and AI projects.

She studied law at the University of Innsbruck and completed an academic exchange at the Faculté de droit, de sciences politiques et de gestion in Strasbourg. In addition, she pursued studies in Slavic Languages at the University of Innsbruck with a focus on Russian.

Before joining E+H, she gained valuable professional experience in international corporate and contract law, with a focus on advising startups, founders, and investors. Further areas of focus included the regulatory environment of the Austrian Parliament as well as European financial and sanctions law at the Austrian National Bank. She also completed a legal traineeship at a Paris-based law firm, specializing in civil and corporate law. She is fluent in German, English, French, Russian, and Bosnian.
