E+H is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Holzmannhofer as a partner at the firm. He previously served as an attorney and permanent associate at E+H, where he distinguished himself through outstanding professional performance and great dedication in the Real Estate and Corporate + M&A practice groups.
Michael Holzmannhofer advises national and international clients primarily on M&A and real estate transactions, real estate project developments, and legal issues related to construction and commercial lease law. A particular focus of his legal practice is advising on retail real estate, hotel real estate, and office buildings, as well as complex transactions in the distressed sector.
Before joining E+H, Michael Holzmannhofer worked for several years at a renowned international law firm in Vienna, where he gained extensive experience in transaction advisory services. He passed the bar exam with honors and studied law at the University of Vienna, where he now also serves as a lecturer in the areas of civil and real estate law.
