E+H is pleased to announce that Matthias Pallisch (30) will continue his career as an attorney and permanent substitute at E+H. With his extensive experience in advising on complex M&A transactions and infrastructure project developments, he will continue to strengthen the Corporate + M&A and Real Estate practice groups.
Matthias Pallisch has been a valuable member of the E+H team for over six years, having gained practical experience as a legal intern and legal trainee while studying law at the University of Vienna. Upon joining as an associate, Matthias Pallisch continued his career path at E+H and has since advised domestic and international clients on various matters of corporate and real estate law. A particular focus of his advisory work lies in the areas of renewable energy and the structuring of M&A and real estate transactions. After passing the bar exam with honors, Matthias Pallisch will now remain with E+H as an attorney and permanent substitute.
“My journey at E+H began while I was still a student. Since then, I’ve been able to grow not only professionally but also personally, day after day, as part of a supportive and highly qualified team. Therefore, I’m very happy that I can celebrate my admission to the bar as an attorney within this team. I look forward to taking on even more responsibility and advising our clients in my new role,” says Matthias Pallisch regarding his new position.
