E+H advises AddLife on the acquisition of CoaChrom Diagnostica GmbH

E+H successfully advised the Nasdaq Stockholm listed Swedish Life Science company AddLife AB on its acquisition of the Austrian company CoaChrom Diagnostica GmbH. The transaction was carried out in collaboration with the Swedish law firm Hammarskiöld, which acted as lead counsel.

CoaChrom is a niche company with over 30 years of experience in the field of advanced coagulation diagnostics. The company, with annual revenue of approximately EUR 10 million, will continue to operate under its own brand and with a high degree of operational independence, in line with AddLife’s decentralized business model.

The acquisition strengthens AddLife’s position in advanced coagulation diagnostics. CoaChrom’s highly specialized assays and reagents for hemostasis diagnostics and its long-standing customer relationships with leading hospitals and pharmaceutical companies complement AddLife’s existing product portfolio in the Labtech business area.
