Fabian Duschnig is an associate in the IP/IT Practice Group. A key focus of his practice is advising on data protection, digital regulation, intellectual property, and technology and IT law.

Fabian Duschnig studied law at the Karl-Franzens University of Graz, where he was awarded a merit scholarship for his academic success. During his studies, he gained valuable practical experience in law firms and worked as a student assistant at the Department of Civil Law, Foreign and Private International Law at the University of Graz.

Before joining E+H, Fabian Duschnig worked as an associate at another law firm in Graz. He completed his court practice at the Higher Regional Court of Graz.
