E+H advises GuardAero on Seed Financing Round

E+H advised GuardAero FlexCo, an emerging defence startup based in Graz, on the completion of its seed financing round. The round was led by the well-known lead investors Angels United GmbH and BKIemen Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH. In addition, the startup was able to secure several notable business angels as investors.

GuardAero develops active protection systems for military vehicles that shield soldiers from drone attacks. The systems are designed for a wide variety of vehicle types and can therefore be integrated into existing vehicle fleets. The startup will use the investment funds primarily to advance the development of the system. GuardAero is already aiming for another financing round in the millions later this year to continue its success and expansion.
