Ina Kapusta studied law at the University of Innsbruck, graduating in the top 5% of her year, and received several merit scholarships for her outstanding academic achievements. After completing her undergraduate studies, she completed her clerkship and began her doctoral studies at the same time.
Her dissertation project received two grants: one from the Helmuth M. Merlin Foundation for a two-month research stay at the Max-Planck-Institute for Innovation and Competition in Munich in 2024, and another from the Heinrich Graf Hardegg’sche Stiftung in 2025 for her innovative contribution to legal research. It is currently being finalized and scheduled for publication in the Nomos series “Digitalwirtschaftsrecht“.
In addition, she completed a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in business law for a better interdisciplinary approach, graduating top of her class in both, with her published master’s thesis being recognized with the Bendura Bank Award 2025.
During this time, Ina Kapusta worked as a university assistant at the Institute for Public Law, where she not only taught classes, but also published academic papers and gained practical experience in various international law firms in Germany and Austria.
Since March 2026, Ina Kapusta has been working as an associate in the antitrust law team at E+H.
