Jasmin Julia Denk is an attorney-at-law (“ständige Substitutin”) at E+H, focusing on complex financing and transaction projects, particularly in the areas of infrastructure, innovation/R&D and special situations (distressed debt and financial restructurings).
Jasmin Julia Denk studied law, business law, and international business administration at Johannes Kepler University Linz and completed international study visits to the University of Cape Town and Tongji University Shanghai. She is also a trained commercial mediator (Eidenmüller/Hacke/Fries) and qualified as Solicitor England & Wales.
Before joining E+H, she worked as legal counsel at the European Investment Bank (EIB) in Luxembourg and as an attorney-at-law at the international law firm Freshfields in Vienna.
