Niki Götz is an associate in the Corporate + M&A and Real Estate practice groups. He studied law at the University of Graz and is currently completing his doctoral studies.

As a university assistant at the Institute for Corporate Law, he acquired in-depth academic knowledge and taught courses in corporate law. His research focuses on structuring within groups of companies.

Besides his studies, he worked for several years as a legal trainee at a renowned commercial law firm and as a research assistant at the Institutes for Corporate Law and Civil Law.
