E+H advises STC Group on property sale for subsidized residential development in up-and-coming area “Am Kempelenpark”

E+H advised STC Holding Group (STC Group) on the sale of building plots earmarked for subsidized housing in the future district “Am Kempelenpark” to Port Folio Immobilien GmbH.

The asset deal for the properties marks a significant step in developing the new urban district. The STC Group emphasizes the forward-looking nature of the project: “A climate-friendly, urban district with high-quality living space, social infrastructure, educational facilities, and a large, publicly accessible park with valuable old trees is being created on a former industrial site.”

The acquired building sites are earmarked for subsidized housing and will be developed in collaboration with non-profit developers. A key element will be networking green spaces from the Sonnwendviertel district via Kempelenpark to Laaer Berg to form a continuous “green belt” that will enhance the district in the long term.
