Florian Krumpl is an associate in the IP/IT practice group. A key focus of his practice is advising on IT and data protection law, intellectual property law, unfair competition law, and consumer protection law.

He studied law at the University of Vienna and completed his degree with a student exchange semester at the London School of Economics and Political Sciences. He then undertook his legal training at the Vienna Higher Regional Court.

Before joining E+H, he gained valuable professional experience as an intern in corporate law firms and worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Civil Law at the University of Vienna, where his work focused, amongst other things, on issues related to data protection and AI law.
