E+H advised SKH Funding Limited as Austrian counsel, alongside Latham & Watkins LLP, in connection with the planned acquisition of the Austrian insurer austrion Life Group out of the insolvency proceedings of the German FWU AG. SKH Funding Limited is a company whose investor base consists of investment mandates and funds managed by Leadenhall Capital Partners LLP. Leadenhall Capital Partners LLP is an asset management company active in the area of life and non-life insurance-linked investments.<\/p>

The transaction is subject to the customary regulatory approvals, including final approval by the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
