E+H advised H\u00f6dlmayr International GmbH on the planned acquisition of the commercial vehicle division of Gartner KG. The transaction will significantly strengthen the H\u00f6dlmayr Group\u2019s market position in the high & heavy haul logistics sector.<\/p>

The transaction encompasses Gartner KG\u2019s commercial high & heavy vehicle business, including an established customer portfolio and a specialized fleet for heavy transport. The division will be integrated into H\u00f6dlmayr High & Heavy GmbH in the future. H\u00f6dlmayr expects the planned acquisition to generate significant synergies in transport organization and fleet management.<\/p>

H\u00f6dlmayr International is a leading European specialist in vehicle logistics. The family-owned company covers the entire value chain from transport to distribution and most recently generated revenues of approximately 445 million euros with around 1,900 employees.<\/p>

The transaction is still subject to the usual regulatory approvals and is expected to be completed by the end of summer 2026.<\/p>
