E+H is delighted to welcome Jasmin Julia Denk<\/a> as a lawyer and permanent substitute. She will be joining the Banking & Finance practice group with immediate effect.<\/p>

Before joining E+H, she worked as legal counsel at the European Investment Bank (EIB) in Luxembourg. There, she advised on complex financing and transaction projects in an international environment, focusing on infrastructure, innovation\/R&D, real estate financing and financial restructurings. Prior to that, she gained valuable experience as an attorney-at-law at Freshfields and in insolvency administration.<\/p>

She completed her academic education at Johannes Kepler University Linz, where she earned a law degree and bachelor’s degrees in business law and international business administration. International study abroad programs funded by merit and excellence scholarships took her to the University of Cape Town and Tongji University Shanghai. She is also trained as a commercial mediator (Eidenm\u00fcller\/Hacke\/Fries) and qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales.<\/p>
