E+H advised STC Holding Group (STC Group) on the sale of building plots earmarked for subsidized housing in the future district “Am Kempelenpark” to Port Folio Immobilien GmbH.<\/p>

The asset deal for the properties marks a significant step in developing the new urban district. The STC Group emphasizes the forward-looking nature of the project: “A climate-friendly, urban district with high-quality living space, social infrastructure, educational facilities, and a large, publicly accessible park with valuable old trees is being created on a former industrial site.”<\/p>

The acquired building sites are earmarked for subsidized housing and will be developed in collaboration with non-profit developers. A key element will be networking green spaces from the Sonnwendviertel district via Kempelenpark to Laaer Berg to form a continuous “green belt” that will enhance the district in the long term.<\/p>
