E+H is delighted to welcome Christian Cacic to the firm as a lawyer. With his return, he will be strengthening the Banking & Finance and Restructuring & Insolvency practice groups with immediate effect.<\/p>

Christian Cacic previously worked as an associate at E+H for several years, during which time he developed expertise in advising banks, financial institutions, credit funds, and sponsors on domestic and international credit financing (acquisition, project, and real estate financing, as well as corporate loans) and in advising creditors and debtors in crisis situations and restructurings.<\/p>

Christian Cacic studied law at the University of Vienna and completed a degree in economics and social sciences at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. After a further stint as a lawyer at another prestigious commercial law firm in Vienna, he is now returning to E+H to contribute his expertise and strengthen the team in a senior role with his in-depth specialist knowledge.<\/p>
