He will continue to strengthen the Corporate + M&amp;A, Restructuring + Insolvency, and Banking + Finance practice groups.<\/p><p>Bernhard Walter has been part of the E+H team for several years, most recently as an associate, and has gained extensive experience in M&amp;A, restructuring, and financing transactions. While studying law at the University of Salzburg, he spent a year abroad at the University of East Anglia in the United Kingdom.<\/p><p>&#8220;It is a special moment for me to have reached this milestone and to be taking this important next step at E+H.
