He strengthens the practice group with his expertise in the areas of litigation, restructuring, insolvency, distressed investments, asset recovery, and global enforcement.<\/p><p>Dominik Szerencsics completed his law degree at the University of Vienna and spent a semester abroad at the Stockholms universitet. His professional career then took him to other prestigious Aus-trian commercial law firms, where he most recently worked as an associate.<\/p><p>Dominik Szerencsics on his new position at E+H: &#8220;I am very pleased to now support the E+H team as an independent lawyer and to further expand my expertise in conflict resolution.
