E+H is pleased to announce the admission of Susanna Falkenburg<\/a> (30) as an attorney-at-law to the Austrian Bar. She will be based in the Graz office and will support the Corporate + M&A practice group.<\/p>

Susanna Falkenburg has in-depth expertise in corporate and commercial law, particularly in the area of M&A transactions, and has also worked in start-up consulting in the past. She completed her legal degree at the University of Graz, where she specialized in commercial law and received a merit-based scholarship for her outstanding academic achievements. During her studies, she gained valuable practical experience through internships. In addition, Susanna Falkenburg is currently completing a postgraduate master’s degree in real estate management and valuation at the Vienna University of Technology, which she will finish in the coming months.<\/p>
