E+H advised the international consultancy firm Interpath Holding Ltd (“Interpath”) as to matters of Austrian law on the acquisition of Kerkhoff Group GmbH, including its Austrian subsidiary Kerkhoff Consulting GmbH, (“Kerkhoff”) one of Europe’s leading purchasing and supply chain management consultancies. With this transaction, Interpath expands its international presence to Germany, Austria and Switzerland.<\/p>

Through the integration, Kerkhoff will gain access to new international markets and an expanded network, while Interpath will benefit from Kerkhoff’s in-depth expertise in purchasing and supply chain management. All 60 employees of Kerkhoff will join Interpath.<\/p>

The acquisition continues the rapid expansion of Interpath’s global footprint, following the opening of its first office in mainland Europe in Paris last summer. The firm now employs nearly 1,000 people across 23 locations in the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Austria, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands and Algeria.<\/p>

The E+H team was led by partner Dominik Juster<\/a> and included partner Jana Eichmeyer<\/a>, attorney-at-law Theresa Weiss-Dorer<\/a> as well as associates Laura-Sophie Polzhofer, Jasmin Pieper and Lorenz Bogensberger.<\/p>
