E+H advised a fund managed by SOL Capital Management on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in the SIMPLON Group. The SIMPLON Group, a traditional manufacturer of premium bicycles, is known for its high-quality production, which takes place exclusively in Austria. The transaction aims to restructure and sustainably reorganize the Vorarlberg-based company. The takeover is subject to conditions precedent, in particular merger control approval by the competition authorities and legally binding confirmation of the restructuring plan. The contract signing took place on 11 December 2024. The restructuring plan meeting on the acceptance of the restructuring plan by the creditors took place on 12 December 2024.<\/p>

SOL Capital Management is an Austrian financial investor specializing in turnaround and restructuring projects. With their extensive expertise in corporate restructuring and development, they will contribute significantly to the long-term stabilization of SIMPLON via their managed funds. With this transaction, SOL Capital Management is pursuing the goal of bolstering SIMPLON’s innovative strength and market leadership and securing the Austrian location in the long term.<\/p>
