Flightkeys, based in Vienna, Austria, and its subsidiary companies, Spacekeys and Skykeys, develop and market software to optimize flight routes and flight schedules in real time for the aviation industry as well as systems to assess GPS satellite signals and a cockpit application to optimize flight trajectories. The investment is subject to customary regulatory approval and is expected to close in Q4\/2024.<\/p><p>Insight Partners is a global software investor partnering with high-growth technology, software, and Internet startup and ScaleUp companies.
