E+H is pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Erika Stark-Rittenauer to the Compliance + Investigations team. As a new partner, Dr. Stark-Rittenauer will be jointly responsible for the Compliance + Investigations department and will play a key role in its further development. Her extensive expertise in the areas of compliance, antitrust law, and white-collar defense will make a decisive contribution to strengthening and expanding the division.<\/p>

Dr. Erika Stark-Rittenauer has broad international experience in various industries. Her career has taken her through the distinguished international law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in Brussels, Vienna, and London. Most recently, she worked in the Compliance Office of \u00d6BB-Holding AG, where she was responsible for compliance issues and anti-corruption strategies. Dr. Stark-Rittenauer is also a member of the Supervisory Board of Casinos Austria AG. In addition to her activities as a specialist author and speaker, she is involved in the management of the antitrust law expert group of the Association of Austrian Corporate Lawyers.<\/p>
