We are pleased to announce that E+H, as lead counsel, is advising nexspace, a colocation service provider, as they enter the Austrian market and acquire one of the most state-of-the-art data centers in Europe from COOLtec. The new facility will offer space for more than 500 IT racks, across an area of 1,000 m\u00b2, with a grid connection of up to 4MVA and an IT load of up to 2.75MW for customer use. The expansion of the site underscores nexspace\u2019s capabilities to meet the increasing demand for data processing close to key economic hubs in the DACH region.<\/p>

High-energy efficiency and sustainability are key focuses, including the use of water-cooled systems and climate cabinets with indirect free cooling. “This transaction in the Austrian digital infrastructure sector is a major milestone for the continuing expansion of digital infrastructure in Austria and underscores E+H’s commitment and membership in the Austrian Data Center Association,” explains E+H Partner Johannes Feilmair<\/a>.<\/p>
