E+H Rechtsanw\u00e4lte GmbH has advised Coveris, a leading packaging company in Europe and UK\/EMEA, as transaction counsel on the successful acquisition of S&K LABEL spol. s r.o. in the Czech Republic. The transaction was carried out in cooperation with the Prague office of Noerr as local counsel.<\/p>

For Coveris, this is the third acquisition in Central and Eastern Europe, following the acquisition of two flexible packaging companies in Hungary and Poland, and is the first acquisition of a labels manufacturer outside the UK. This strategic expansion underlines Coveris’ aim to build a pan-European business platform and further strengthen its presence in mainland Europe. By integrating S&K Label, Coveris expands its portfolio to meet the growing demand for sustainable and high-quality labels.<\/p>

As a packaging company with global reach, Coveris offers a wide range of high-quality packaging solutions for various industries. With the acquisition of S&K Label, the company is strengthening its local production capacities with a label manufacturer that is highly developed in technically ways, and thus further advancing its growth strategy in the CEE region.<\/p>

E+H coordinated the legal part of the transaction, conducted the legal due diligence together with Noerr, and drafted and negotiated all transaction documentation, thus contributing significantly to the successful acquisition. “We are very pleased that we were able to support Coveris’ experienced M&A team in this important acquisition.
