E+H advised the global investment firm Carlyle (NASDAQ: CG) with respect to matters of Austrian law on its majority investment in GBTEC Software AG and its affiliates (“GBTEC”). GBTEC’s founder and CEO Gregor Greinke remains the largest single private shareholder and CEO of GBTEC.<\/p>

GBTEC is a leading provider of software for business process management (BPM) and governance, risk and compliance (GRC). GBTEC has over 1,200 customers, including many well-known European and international blue chip companies, and employs around 300 people. In addition to its home market in the DACH region, GBTEC has established affiliate companies in Spain and Australia.<\/p>
