E+H Rechtsanw\u00e4lte GmbH successfully advised Coveris, a leading packaging company in Europe and UK\/EMEA, as transaction counsel on the acquisition of the Polish company D.K. Lamin.<\/p>

Acquiring D.K. Lamin is a further, critical step in Coveris’ expansion in the CEE region. The transaction will enable Coveris to strengthen its market presence in Poland, the most important market in the region, and to expand its production capacities. D.K. Lamin’s focus on food, pet food, household and personal care products, and medical packaging perfectly complements Coveris’ existing portfolio and supports its growth strategy in pet food in particular.<\/p>

Coveris is a packaging company with global reach and an extensive portfolio of high-performance packaging products designed to facilitate various industries.<\/p>

From the legal due diligence, together with the Polish law firm Wardynski, to the drafting and negotiation of the transaction agreements and the execution of the transaction, E+H supported the Coveris team and thus contributed significantly to the deal’s success.<\/p>
