STARK Group, a leader in sales and distribution of building materials, service and advice for the building and construction industry, has signed an agreement to acquire the operating business of SCHILOWSKY, Baumarkt und Baustoffhandel KG. The acquisition is the second significant acquisition by STARK Group in Austria, furthering the company’s growth strategy.<\/p>\n

Schilowsky is one of the leading builders’ merchants in Austria with its headquarter in Neunkirchen (Lower Austria) and two further locations in Vienna as well as a branch in Graz. With around 170 employees, the company generates annual sales of more than 125 million euros.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The parties have agreed not to disclose details of the transaction, which is subject to customary regulatory conditions and approvals.<\/p>\n
