E+H has advised Valtus Group, an European leading French player in the sector for transition and executive interim management, together with the French law firm Sekri Valentin Zerrouk (SVZ) on acquiring the Vienna-based Management Factory Corporate Advisory GmbH, a specialist in the secondment of managers that provide in-depth financial expertise to companies in need of restructuring. The sellers were advised by KPMG Law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In acquiring Management Factory, Valtus adds an important Austrian player to its range of consulting services in the field of corporate restructuring. The acquisition should bring new insight to Valtus so they can further strengthen their market position and expand their portfolio. Consulting services are an integral part of day-to-day management of companies on both the public and private side. The scope and depth of these advisory services require customized and efficient solutions provided by the best professionals, which is Valtus’s specialty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
