ERIDIA develops biotechnological facilities for the food and feed industry, with a particular focus on precision fermentation and cellular agriculture. These plants use microorganisms and cell cultures to produce food and feed products such as high-quality proteins, omega-3 oils, or animal cells, which can subsequently replace meat or fish products.
