Dr. Natalie Hahn advises on all aspects of employment lawas well as executives, on drafting contracts and also their termination. Her practice includes labor relations law, restructuring, outsourcing & transfer of undertakings, litigation, advising executives and corporate bodies, criminal employment law (wage evasion and “social dumping”, employing foreign nationals, secondment and temporary employment of workers, employee protection, administrative criminal law). Natalie Hahn is also an author and lecturer on a wide range of employment law and HR-specific topics.
Natalie Hahn has more than 15 years of experience as an employment lawyer, and she worked for other leading business law firms in Vienna before joining E+H. She studied at the Faculty of Law of the University of Vienna.
