Marko Katalan, a graduate of the University of Minneapolis and the Vienna University of Economics and Business, is part of the Public Law practice group. He specializes in legal project management and digital law.

He has held distinguished positions in another leading commercial law firm in the field of banking and finance, where he worked in particular for family offices and private clients. He worked as a Global Contract Manager for a world-leading German corporation, and as a portfolio manager for a major bank in the area of investment banking and M&A for the CEE/SEE region. He expanded his expertise in corporate finance as an M&A advisor in New York and London.

Katalan’s academic background includes studies in Austria, Croatia, Georgia, Serbia, postgraduate studies in the USA and Austria, and academic visits to Vietnam and Singapore.

His language skills in German, English, Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian, Slovenian, and Italian enable him to operate effectively in a multicultural and multilingual environment.
