E+H continues to grow in a targeted manner and welcomes Stefan Jeitler as a lawyer. With his return to E+H, the areas of corporate law / M&A / venture capital and real estate law at the Graz and Vienna offices will receive active support.

Dr. Stefan Jeitler, LL.B., LL.M, BSc, LL.M (Berkeley) (33) started as an intern at E+H in Vienna back in 2012. After completing his studies, he finished his entire training period at E+H in corporate law / M&A and real estate law, including the Austrian bar exam, with distinction (2017). In 2018, he was accepted at the prestigious University of California at Berkeley, where he completed an LL. M. with a focus on Venture Capital and Business Law, and graduated as one of the top of the class (“Dean’s list”). He also won the prestigious 2019 Kellogg Real Estate Venture Competition in Chicago with the University of California team. After successfully passing the New York bar exam in July 2019, he joined Plug & Play International, one of the world’s most active early-stage venture capital investors, for two years as International Counsel (EU) of the US team in Silicon Valley. In June 2020, he relocated to Vienna and headed the Plug & Play Group’s European legal department until his return to E+H.

Stefan Jeitler studied business law and business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration. Due to his academic success, he was awarded merit scholarships. He also completed his dissertation there on the topic of “Legal framework for crowdfunding models in Austria.” As part of his studies, Stefan Jeitler also spent time abroad at the Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan.

“We have known Stefan Jeitler well and for a long time. He gained extensive international experience after his time with us and is now returning – we are indeed very pleased! This further addition from our own ranks is another important step for our growth and success!” says Peter Winkler, Partner at E+H.
