E+H advised KATHREIN on sale of their Austrian antenna business to Ericsson
Eisenberger & Herzog, under the direction of partner Nidal Karaman, advised the Bavarian communication technology group KATHREIN on the sale of its Austrian business for mobile communication antennas and filters to the Swedish network supplier Ericsson. The complex cross-border transaction was managed by Ziems & Partner and Noerr in Germany.
KATHREIN’s products division is notable for its extensive experience in antenna design and research, as well as a strong IPR portfolio. KATHREIN and Ericsson have a long-standing business relationship.
The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2019.
