E+H (Eisenberger + Herzog) has advised TeamViewer on its acquisition of Xaleon, a Linz-based customer engagement software startup.

Xaleon (Chatvisor GmbH) develops engagement software that helps organizations seamlessly interact and communicate digitally with their customers. It enables companies to equip their sales, customer service, and marketing teams with the digital tools to digitize the face-to-face customer experience to stay competitive.

TeamViewer is a global technology company and leading provider of a connectivity platform that enables users to remotely access, control, manage, monitor, and repair devices of all types. Since the company was founded in 2005, TeamViewer’s software has been installed on more than 2.5 billion devices globally. The company is headquartered in Göppingen, Germany, and employs more than 1,200 people worldwide.
